Hi! My name is Riley Close and I'm a senior at East Hampton High School. For as long as I can remember, I have always enjoyed reading. I've been able to use it as an escape from reality whenever I need a little break. Reading has been my outlet and I'd love to share the feeling it gives me with other young kids.

My love for reading is what sparked my idea for a book club that focuses mainly on books with diverse characters. I would like to work with kids living in family shelters, kids who may need an escape. To read more about my goal, go to the About tab.
